The Academic Standards COVID-19 Resources includes a document on Distance Learning Considerations, which addresses delivery systems in analog and digital situations and assessment strategies. There are also documents with suggestions for each content area.

A focus of the documents is on providing equitable opportunities for learning for a range of backgrounds, home environments, and availability of the internet and other electronic communications so that all students achieve the standards and those with additional resources can take advantage of their capabilities.
